Visiting and using this website requires as consideration the reading and accepting of the provisions within the terms of service, refund policy, cancellation policy and privacy policy.

Event Refund Policy:

Natural Brilliance Productions has the following refund policy for any event you attend:

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your event tuition, less the administrative fees, not to exceed 40% of the event tuition, at the end of the first session or at the end of the first day of a multi-day program. You are responsible to pay any and all of your travel costs including transportation, lodging and food expenses.

All requests for refunds must be in writing and given to a staff person before leaving the event. If the event included course materials, all of these course materials must be returned in good condition to a staff person. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the event ends.

Cancellation Policy:

Natural Brilliance Productions makes advanced commitments in time and money to prepare for each program. Due to these commitments, the following cancellation policy will apply to all programs:

If you cancel within 7 days of registering for a program, you will receive either a full refund or full credit to be applied to a future program within the following 18 months.

After the initial seven days, you will receive a partial credit toward a future program as follows:

If you are canceling 120 days or more before the start of the program, you will receive a credit of 80% of the tuition you have paid.

If you are canceling 60 to 119 days before the start of the program, you will receive a credit of 60% of the tuition you have paid.

If you are canceling 30 to 59 days before the start of the program, you will receive a credit of 40% of the tuition you have paid.

If you are canceling with less than 30 days before the start of the program, there will be no credit available.

You may also find another individual to take your place in the program. Natural Brilliance Productions must receive written notice of this individual’s name and contact information no later than three days before the event begins. You are responsible to negotiate any financial compensation for your enrollment fees with the person who will attend in your place. If you do not contact Natural Brilliance Productions to cancel as described within this policy, no refund or credit will be available.

All requests for cancellations must be written and mailed to Natural Brilliance Productions, 2000 Plymouth Road, Suite 268, Minnetonka, MN 55305-2335. Cancellations may also be emailed to cvalk@reclaimyourgenius.com . If you do not receive a response indicating we have received your emailed cancellation within 3 business days, please contact us at 952-470-7368. Any and all course materials received in advance of the course must be returned in good condition to this address prior to a refund being processed.

If Natural Brilliance Productions cancels a scheduled event, the tuition you have paid will be refunded within three weeks of canceling the event.

Privacy Policy

Natural Brilliance Productions honors your right to privacy. Individuals who register for any program, purchase any product or subscribe to the Reclaim Your Genius Ezine give Natural Brilliance Productions permission to send information about other programs and products. We will not sell, rent, or give your name or email address to anyone. You may select the link at the bottom of every email to unsubscribe or contact us in writing to remove your name from our mailing list.

Product Purchases

When you purchase Scheele Learning Systems programs or products (both physical and digital), you are given a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, download, or stream our programs or products to your computer and your device(s) for your personal non-commercial use only. You are agreeing to not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our programs or products in any other manner. You cannot sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly present our programs or products in any way or exploit them commercially. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify our programs or products to create any derivative programs based on our programs.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Physical Products Purchased

Physical Products

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for physical products purchased directly from Scheele Learning Systems under these terms:

You need to request a return authorization number by emailing us at info@scheelelearning.com before returning the physical product. Your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. In order for us to process the refund once a return authorization number is issued, you will need to return the product to us at the address below and agree to pay for the return shipping charges. We will issue a refund the purchase price of the physical product excluding the shipping and handling fees you paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be issued through PayPal within thirty days after receiving the product back from you in good condition.

Digital Products

There are no refunds for downloaded products and recordings.
